- Preparation of Civil-RCC designs & detailed drawings valid for construction.
- Preparation of general arrangement drawings.
- Preparation of tender documents for RCC construction work, issuing enquiries to contractors, reviewing bids, recommendations & preparation of contract document.
- Approval of the drawings from client’s consultants like EIL/ TOYO / MECON/ IIT/ Government Institutions /KPG/M.N.DASTUR & CO. etc
- Working out bill of quantities from the design drawings.
- Preparation of bar bending schedules from the design drawings.
- Providing necessary supervision during construction, attending site meetings, review & monitor progress of work at site & providing necessary assistance in achieving the completion target.
- Co-ordination with other departments, disciplines & suppliers to ensure adequacy of their information for preparation of structural drawings & for timely completion of project.
- Check contractors’ bill & certify the same for payment.
- Providing necessary certificates as required by factory inspector, MIDC., MCGM. etc.
- Scrutinizing soil investigation reports provided by soil consultants & advise.
- Providing Architectural services such as building layouts, Preparation of detailed Drawings with all sections & elevations and Interior Designing with all detailing. All floor finishes ,wall finishes ,ceiling details ,Door & windows , Lighting layout ,Furniture layouts, 3D modal for buildings.
